Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS)

PLUG’s Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS) is a rapid-response solution specifically engineered to restore pipeline integrity with unmatched speed, safety, and cost-efficiency. Our turnkey solutions minimize downtime, lower long-term maintenance costs, and ensure your pipeline is back online—quickly and effectively.

🔧 Phase 1: Engineering, Assembly & Tool Testing

- Collect pipeline data: P&ID diagrams, alignment sheets, ILI data, technical datasheets, etc.

- Conduct a site visit to verify field conditions and gather necessary documentation.

- Perform stress validation, piggability analysis, and finalize drawings for client approval.

- Develop a joint emergency response plan: emergency contacts, meetings, tool service/storage, technician readiness, and communications equipment.

- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is recommended but optional.

🗄️ Phase 2: Tool Storage

- Tools are stored at PLUG’s facility or at the customer’s preferred location for rapid deployment.

🚨 Phase 3: Emergency Mobilization

- Technicians mobilize to the site immediately upon activation.
